Stonycroft is a more than 100 year old house situated on the property: from where the hotel gets its name.
We have taken our family tradition of hospitality and created a unique experience at our hotel. The hotel is completely family run and we go out of our way to maintain the homely atmosphere. We have been running this hotel for 20 years now and pride ourselves on the excellent support extended by all our guests who have recommended us again and again. They are the ones who have made us what we are today.
Although we have almost 25 rooms on campus, you will never feel cramped as there is a sense of openness which makes all the rooms well lit and ventilated. There is a large lawn for you to relax on or for your children to run around and play safely. There is sufficient parking space for vehicles of all the guests so that you do not worry about parking your vehicle on the roadside without any security. There is even space for you to have some batting practice!
Stonycroft is situated on Convent Road, just half a kilometre away from the centre of activity –the lake. Our unique location gives guests the feeling of being away from all the buzz of the market place while still being within walking distance of the lake and the town.
