One Extra Adult or One child can be accommodated in a room. Child above the age of 8 years considered as extra person. For extra person, extra mattress is provided. Please remember our suite / Cottage, Rooms are not designed for large families with more than 3 members. Room Heater is provided on request, which is chargeable Extra. Booking Procedure: Check-Out time is 9 AM and Check-in time is 10.30 AM or thereafter. Kindly inform the arrival time at the time of making the booking. To confirm and block the rooms, 50% of the total accommodation cost has to be paid in advance. Advance can be paid by cash or at par cheque, which can be deposited in any ICICI or State Bank of India, favouring Hotel Stonycroft, Kodaikanal. Guests are requested to inform us by mail after making any mode of payment. On receipt of the payment, you will receive a confirmation mail within 24 to 48 hours, which is the proof of your stay. Telephone / Oral booking are not accepted. Amendment or Cancellation of your stay should be intimated by mail. Such amendment or Cancellation will attract following retention charges. 22 days before the Arrival date 90% Refund 8 to 21 days 50% of the proposed period of stay will be kept as retention charge 7 days before the arrival date No Refund There will be NO REFUND for no show – deferred check-in or early check-out than the proposed duration of stay. The management reserves the right to update / modify Tariff / Package rates / Package Offers without prior notice.
